Well, I just couldn't find any good bakeries with fruit tarts where I lived (I have since moved), so I decided to make my own. It came out so good. Unfortunately, I have lost the recipe. So SAD. I think I went to TheRepressedPastryChef's blog for the original recipe, or maybe I didn't..but I have modified some recipe out there in the blogosphere to my liking....What a shame!
